The location of the hotel is very convenient, and the view is beautiful. We stayed in Room 5, which was spacious and comfortably furnished. Overall, the room itself was pleasant and offered a comfortable stay.

However, there were several issues with housekeeping. During our 4-night stay, we placed the room cleaning sign on our door every day to indicate that we would like the room serviced. Despite this, the bed was made on only one day, and the room itself was cleaned only once throughout our stay. The trash was not emptied daily, the towels were not replaced every day, and the bed sheets were not changed even once during the entire stay. The cups and glasses in the room were also not cleaned or replaced, so we had to wash them ourselves in the bathroom sink. Another inconvenience was that the iron provided in the room had a damaged soleplate, making it unusable. Since there is no staffed reception desk, there was no one available to contact for a replacement. The café also opens quite late, at 8:30 AM, which is not very convenient for guests who need to leave earlier in the morning. The hotel has great potential thanks to its excellent location, stunning views, and comfortable rooms, but the housekeeping service and guest support could be improved significantly.

Breakfast was served too late. In the summer we like to get started early and it doesnt start till 8.30am so we only ate there once. A 7or 7.30am would be mu better.

Tiszta , modern szobák, szép kilátás. Nagyon hangulatos környék, a komp 1-2 perc alatt elérhető gyalog

Location and small balcony to watch the world roll by. Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to ferry to Valletta if a change is needed

Shower good but drainage slow so possible to overflow. Once known easy to deal with.
