El trato del personal, nos acogieron muy bien. Mantuvimos largas charlas con Germán, un tío estupendo que nos recomendó rutas y lugares para visitar, y que vive su tierra como nadie. La cocina tradicional de Cal Xabú, extraordinaria. Da gusto encontrarse con personas así, que hacen una labor tan importante de preservar y divulgar las tradiciones. Volveremos.
