Location is close to darbar sahib

Cleaning was not proper , air condition is not properly equipped ( all air comes directly to your head )and workable , telephone was dead . Not come every day to clean the room .

Loacation

I stayed at this property 4 years ago and it was perfect. Now it is not acceptable. On the room, wall paper was peeling, electric lights broken. There was no hot water at all when complained I was told to let the tap running for few minutes and it will come. I had to leave the tap running for 10 minutes every time I wanted hot water.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for travelling . The hotel was in order and peace was maintained

Room amenities weren't there ,room can be a little bit spacious

Location is the best. Rooms were very nice and comfortable.

Hotel staff. Even after giving confirmation they asked me to send an advance amount.

Hot water was not available for that for 3 days especially in morning

No Ceiling Fan makes it so silent and horrible. On top of that the AC vent was not towards the bed and it made my kids cry the entire night
