Private car park lovely surroundings people were pleasant. Food was lovely absolutely loved the stay

Very noisy. The walls must be extremely thin! The other residents were not at all considerate.

Gorgeous surroundings! Stunning! Room was clean and well equipped. Staff helpful and polite.

Mattress on the bed was not comfortable. One particular staff member was extremely rude and abrupt with me.

Surroundings were fabulous. Beautifully kept natural environment. Rooms were well set out and clean. Bathroom fantastic.

Lots of cobwebs and spiders in corners! Bed wasn’t comfortable - a cheap memory foam mattress topper would help. Staff member was very rude to my granddaughter - particularly upsetting as it took a lot of persuasion to get her to talk to the older staff member as she had a stammer. Older staff member was offhand and rude. Other staff were fabulous though!

No locks on window to leave open . Very warm in room No fridge if you wanted cold stuff
