I reserved on booking once I got there they said that they do not charge booking and I had to pay at facility and can't process payment through booking. I requested a room and it was confirmed via email once I got to facility they refused to give me the room that I booked, the street sound doesn't let u sleep , beds very uncomfortable and woren out mattresses.staff very rude and not helpful and refused to give me better room, dont recommend bad service and staff and could find better for the price they charge.do not recommend, stayed there 2x and each time had an issue with them.will never go there again, even staff in buffet restaurant rude
