The location was excellent. And also the breakfast the restraunt for breakfast lunch and dinner was superb.

Hotel staff dont pick up the phone. I had to walk 1km because my taxi driver didnt have the permit yo enter najaf. Hotel should have some facility to hrlp families with children get to the hotel when haram is locked due to security. Hotel staff should pick the phone. Make sure room is cleaned everyday. We did not have enough towels Door room was making loud noise waking up my kids everytime I go in and out No Shampoo body lotion. Cleaning service didnt even show up for the entire stay Elevators were old tech had to wait minutes to move up and down Overall this is not a 5 star hotel except the food
