Un hotel foarte drăguț, camere nu mari, dar nici mici, foarte curat, mobilat cu gust (pozele de pe booking pot fi înșelătoare - camera nu e așa întunecată, nici cuverturile de pat așa urâte, chiar arată bine). Personalul de la recepție amabil, răspunde prompt și eficient solicitărilor. Patul foarte comod, pernele la fel. Am avut baie cu cabină de duș, prosoape suficiente. Restaurantul este chiar lângă hotel, are o terasă mare și frumoasă, umbrită de nuci. Mâncarea este foarte gustoasă, la un preț bun. Micul dejun destul de variat: mezeluri, brânzeturi, unt, dulceață, omletă (excelentă), ouă fierte, cârnați prăjiți, cafea, legume, pepene. Parcare mare în fața hotelului. Piscina nu am văzut-o, nu ne interesa in mod deosebit, fiind în tranzit. Un hotel de încercat, nu ar trebui să fiți dezamăgiți.

We hadden kamer 5A. Deze was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bedden waren wat aan de harde kant. Het hotel heeft een klein zwembad. Hotel ligt op ca. 10min rijden van Veliko Tarnovo.

Zwembad zat vol wespen. Schoonmaak van het zwembad kan beter.

L’hôtel est situé dans un village adorable. Jolie piscine. Propre.

La salle de bain de notre chambre double était minuscule (des WC dans lesquels a été rajouté une douche). Nous avons utilisé la salle de bains de la chambre de nos enfants tant la notre était minuscule (alors que la chambre était assez grande, il y a la place de faire une salle de bain plus grande). Le petit déjeuner est correct mais médiocre (pain industriel, pas de choix de confiture, tout est industriel) Pas de volet ni de rideau dans la chambre de nos enfants.

For us, the hotel is a transit location. We have always felt very good here. We can choose a quiet room, the space is very generous, it is cool and welcoming, very clean, with the restaurant integrated into a nice garden

I stayed in a single room, which I would recommend only for non-picky travelers, mainly because of the shower setup – there’s no shower cabin, just a drain in the bathroom. I knew this in advance, so it wasn’t a problem, but worth mentioning. Everything else was absolutely great! The location in Arbanasi village is incredibly peaceful, a perfect place to relax and unwind. The pool was amazing – clean, quiet, and just what I needed for total relaxation. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and I want to especially thank the lady at the reception who did me a favor and allowed me to stay a bit longer by the pool after check-out – I really appreciated that! 🙏 The room was very clean, and the breakfast was tasty and filling, served in their own restaurant just across the street. In the evenings, there was live music at the restaurant, and the atmosphere was really pleasant and fun. Everything went smoothly, and I truly thank the entire team for a great stay!
