Everything was absolutely perfect

Location and surroundings .

Service at restaurant. Difficult to communicate with the staff, cold food, they forgot about one order and remaining food was left on the table for a lot of time . At breakfast the food was quite poor as well as the service

Convenient location and enough parking spaces

Here I will be more critical because I was really amazed by many details that I never encountered in other hotels. So the room was very dark, at least there were 4-5 lamps of different types, but there was no normal light in the room. The main lamp was an economical type that practically did not light at all. Second and very strange moment was the smell of cigarettes in the room (although the room was for non-smokers). In terms of personal security, it is a total failure for the simple reason that you cannot close the door of the room from the inside in such a way that it is blocked. It is blocked only by the card access system. Considering that the room is on the first floor right next to the reception, it is quite dangerous. The last and most amazing thing was the lack of shower gel that is normally available to guests because not everyone has something like that with them on the way. I asked at the reception and they answers that unfortunately they don't have shower gel.(how?!)

The hotel complex spans multiple buildings for accommodation and dining, with a beautifully decorated garden in between. Rooms have everything you need and there's free parking. We only stayed 2 nights, but you can easily spend more time in there relaxing by the garden pool with peacocks walking around.

The free breakfast was very limited. Fried bread or eggs. Only coffee option was Nescafe Instant coffee. Funnily enough, at reception, they have a proper coffee machine and you can buy an espresso if you want. We didn't visit during peak season (weekday in May), but I still think the options could've been better. Especially since the restaurant was working normally for dinner service.

The location is amazing. It's the fourth time when I come back.
