Staff were super friendly and were awake at 3, to let us drop off our bags before Colca Canyon, let us check in early too. Room was clean and a reasonable size for 3 adults. A good location to walk into the main square of town.

Building is a little outdated but nothing to be concerned about.

Bed was not clean , hair on the pillow, mattress so old and tired, big spider in the bathroom, room difficult to lock. So totally runned down, the single room felt like a prison. The receptionist agreed to change to another room, better. But then, impossible to lock it. At that point, couldn't be bothered to ask for another room. Just put my suitcase in front of the door and hoped for sleep so in the morning I could get out of there! Which took a long time because it was so noisy. Pretty much a definition of a nightmare place.

The property was clean near the historical centre and near the market palomino too. Where you can find a delicious tradicional ice cheese paying just 4 soles.

but I didn’t like they don’t provide a towel for the floor so when you get out from the shower you don’t have anything to put your wet feet. The curtains are not long enough to avoid the water won’t splash out of the shower. So every time we got shower the water was everywhere on the floor.

The lady at the reception was super friendly and always had a smile on her face even when she had to wake up super early. My room was fine for one person, in a good location within walking distance to the main square. Good value for money. Hot water works fine but you need to ask for it at the reception. Wifi was good throughout my stay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Bathroom was a bit tiny and when taking a shower sometimes it leaked onto the floor.

Early check-in was made possible for us, the host was really friendly and made sure to fulfill every wish we had
