Location is near to the airport Staff was courteous

The geyser was not working properly, cold water There was some problem with warming the room however the staff provided with heater Some basic amenities were not there

Food, service, cleanliness

Pricey, lack of hot water, has to use tap water and bucket since shower was not working We asked to change rooms but no rooms available

The staff is really kind and even though I only stayed two nights I feel like I knew everyone there. They were very kind and helpful. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable. You could wish for nothing else! The option to get room service or eat in the lovely restaurant was very convenient. I look forward to my next stay.

The room service were not cleared from my room until the next day which made it quite smelly.

It was a rather new hotel, modern amenities, all clean and well maintained. The check in and out process were quick and smooth. The dinner at the rooftop restaurant was good. The location is only about 10min drive from the airport.

The staff in the restaurant were not as courteous as the other staff.
