A wonderful residence decorated in a unique and eclectic way. Its location is both a strength and a weakness: a hidden paradise with a stunning view that is easier to reach with a 4x4 :) Waris, the owner, is the true essence of this place: his caring and attentive manners made the whole stay special!

More diversity in the breakfast buffet and refurbishing some of the items by the pool would make the place perfect!

The serenity boutique is located in one of the best villages on the island, Athani. whoever prefers quietness should go on this part of Lefkada. The structure is close to the most beautiful beaches such as Gialos and Porto Kazichi. The place enjoys a beautiful sunset and the owner, Tony, is extremely friendly and offered us a warm welcome.

The time-frame for breakfast is too short and stars only at 9.00 am. So if you want to go for an early morning excursion you cannot enjoy the breakfast. The room is made only every three days which was a surprise for us. Air conditioning in the room doesn't work properly and is noisy. Reading lights are poor.

This is simply a fantastic hidden place that you should experience. Probably the most amazing place for a romantic sunset. And the service from the staff/owner are flawless/top notch.

The location is beautiful - hidden above Athani on the west coast of Lefkada, near the most stunning beaches. The building itself is very interesting with an Art Deco style and styling which makes it very different from classic ‘hotel chic’. The structure of the room itself was great with an open shower room behind the bed area. The staff/owner was very polite and wanted to be very helpful.

The pool area is in a poor state of repair, with broken furniture and an old bar which was being used as a storage space. The hand rail/bar around the pool area over a drop was also broken. In the room the curtains were not attached, the bedding poor quality and the furniture and pictures on the walls mismatched. it had the feel of a student house rather than boutique hotel at £160.00 a night. The breakfast and bar were poor - packet croissants and ‘Greek’ beer from German supermarket chain. On the last night there was no water - with none in the reception area we were forced to call the hotel a couple of time before someone picked up - I have no idea where who - they did not appear to work at the hotel. They were able to fix the water but there was no explanation or apology.
