Location is good. Pub atmosphere downstairs is nice, great staff, nice menu selection and food was very nice.

Room was very good but late night traffic noise and very early morning rubbish collection wasn't the best. Not the pub's fault but double glazing or noise reduction method would enhance the nice experience of staying at The Prospect.

Excellent accommodation in the centre of Howick. The staff were warm and helpful. Great communication and they accommodated my late check in too. The shared bathroom was spotless and I had everything I needed. The room was also warm modern and well equipped.

Perfect location for me,the back door use was priceless,easy exits when needed. Didn't stay for breakfast but was well stocked. Staff were friendly and professional My suggestion would be to take advantage of letting them know what time to expect you. I enjoyed my time there.
