The location is good.

Not value for money. They charged us almost 8000 including GST for a room. I should get a 5 star service at this rate. But the hotel is 3 star-ish.

There is a lake nearby to swim

No Wifi, no restuarant. Had to change rooms because the AC was dripping water and Bathroom faucet was leaky. There is only one AC for a big room, Attic has no Fan or no AC. Its unusable in hot weathers. The cost is very high for the location and on top of that, I was charged 500rs to just let driver sleep inside. This is generally free of charge. Services seem unorganized. There is a lot of scope to improve if the prices are made reasonable.
