Breakfast ok . Day shift staff also ok.

No hair dryer in room. Request for 2 key card at night shift staff. But they declined our request. Provided only one key card for 2 guest. So we have to go together outside otherwise one person cannot enter the room. i explained to them wife sleeping because of tired and long journey and i want to go outside for buy food.when i back to room may be she cannot open door because of hard sleep,then they replied we can make duplicate key card that time. So not comfortable anymore. Can’t lock from inside except key card. Any way Not yet reached the 4 star standard. But booking .com showing 4 star hotel
