Eclat Luxury Hotel

Very disappointing experience. Before my stay ended, the staff confirmed that I could extend my stay and move to another room. However, when I came to relocate, I was told that there were actually no available rooms, which forced me to find and book another hotel at the last minute. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, and the towels had an unpleasant damp smell. The bathroom was also impractical—the shower hose was unusually short, making it very uncomfortable to use the shower. The biggest issue was the poor organization and unreliable information provided by the staff. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would not choose this hotel again and would not recommend it to others.

A lovely little place with a very nice lunch spot in the garden, I loved the house salad. The team was very helpful with organizing a taxi. Thanks!

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Always eager to help!! Food in the restaurant was superb.

This is not a hotel, this is private house with apartments, there is no staff for reception or any other service. At night there was a wedding/birthday party on Monday, with very loud live music until 2AM so it's impossible to sleep.
