Hotel Colón

Location is fantastic. Room overlooking the park and beach, lovely to be able to sit on the small balcony with this view. Even though it is on a corner and a fairly busy area, it was very quiet. The staff on reception were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Nothing really, maybe little tired in terms of decoration but it certainly wouldn't prevent us from recommending it or staying again. Would have to been nice to know the area is low emissions for driving in advance. Although reception immediately sorted it.

Good location. Room in need of maintenance. Stained pillows on arrival. Shower head and shower hose disgusting. Air con couldn't be set to below 21 degrees (when it's plus 30 outside).

Air-conditioning, cleanliness. Photos on the website do not represent what's actually there.

Ubicacion excepcional, frente a la playa Poniente Colchón cama muy comodo. Hotel tranquilo, sin ruido. Vistas preciosas. Buen desayuno, con zumo natural. Personal amabilísimo. Terraza bar bajo hotel con buena comida y buenos precios.

Location very good for access to both 'sides' of Benidorm

My room was at the back of the hotel without a sea view . This was not a problem for me as a lone traveller and I think these rooms might be a bit quieter at night . The ones with sea view balconies have a great view but the street below them is VERY busy.
