Na reserva para 2 hóspedes o segundo teve que pagar o pequeno almoço enquanto na reserva já constava um quarto para dois adultos e no booking dizia que o pequeno almoço estava incluído no preço

The breakfast was superior; a buffet of various fruits, juices, a variety of cooked items, meats, cereals, hot drinks and breads. Chefs stook at the ready to make omelets as ordered and waffles. Anyone could find something to satisfy one's appetite.

I cannot think of anything I lacked nor wanted to improve.

I done my check inn late, the man at the reception was very kind and helpful, I really appreciated.

I think so its my third 3 staying at this hotel, but this time I was very disappointed, The Aircon in the room was not working, the technician came n have a look but said could repair it. It's only the next day the repair could be done. The receptionist apologised and send us complimentary 4 bottles of water. At the breakfast area the staff was some how not welcoming, eggs was done before had, I don't know how long it was there and was served like that to us. Are the staff not qualified to fry an egg ? 2nd, small cockroaches moving around the table where food was, and I saw a cockroach coming out of the toaster, I even told and showed the gentleman standing there. Coffee machine was not working, but had put the thermos of hot coffee aside. I wonder why display a broken coffee machine in the breakfast fast area. I have nothing to gain from complaining, but am sure action will be taken and will benefit the hotel it'self.

Spacious and Clean Rooms.

They are currently fumigating, the smell was abit too strong.
