We loved that this was not an "identikit" hotel room; the room and hotel had personality and charm. The decor was modern but soft. Think modern Scandinavian. The room was warm, comfortable, spacious, well-appointed and laid-out and it felt very luxurious. It had plenty of available, well placed power sockets and had almost everything we needed. The staff were absolutely lovey. There was plenty of room in the lobby area to sit, relax and grab a hot drink if you wanted a bit if extra space to socialise with others or whilst waiting to be collected. We appreciated their ethos and dedication to sustainability too.

There was an oven, but I couldn't find an oven glove, so it was hard to remove hot food. We could've done with slightly more hanging space for clothes and coats. The room had a lot of seating, but only one chair with a back - a small sofa or second chair with a back would have been nice, but possibly hard to fit into the space with the other existing furniture. We didn't feel the need to ask for these extra items as it didn't seem worth it for the amount of time we were staying, and we managed with what was there but, with the exception of extra closet space, I'm sure if we'd actually mentioned it to staff something would have been provided.

"Beautiful, well appointed rooms, super friendly and accomodating staff."

Beautiful rooms, loads of space (was a large room!) really nice bathroom, with great little kitchenette with teas and coffee machine. Shout out to Janet who was really flexible with our check in and out times and was a genuinely lovely person to speak to. This property is right near the action, and walkable to a couple of city cellar doors too!

Nothing, was lovely.
