К сожалению, пребывание в этом отеле оставило крайне неприятное впечатление. Уровень чистоты оставляет желать лучшего, сервис на очень низком уровне. Администратор проявил себя грубо и непрофессионально. Постельное белье было предоставлено в разнобой — наволочка, простыня и пододеяльник из разных комплектов, к тому же выдали раскладушку без белья. Качество обслуживания не соответствует.заявленному уровню. Администратор вообще отстой .

INNothing much to like about.
The room was on te third floor with no lift. With my knee pain it was extremely difficult to manage. A change of room was with more money which was not worth it. WiFi was not working and they said it’s not reaching third floor. There was no cafe or at least a coffee machine. No information about any excursions was provided. The breakfast was limited and without any options.

Wifi doesn’t work for iPhone users. The beach last time was free and now it’s closed. The bathroom door didn’t work properly at all, you can’t open once you close. The curtains in the bathtub weren’t hanged, the bathtub bottom was broken. The tv shows only one channel. The cleaning wasn’t offered throughout the weekend. No toothpaste or toothbrush. No sleepers. The sheets were extremely smelly with powder. Maybe there are more we don’t remember about
RURULocation and view from my window - amazing. Reception lady was kind and helpful. It's almost near the lake - you just need to cross a road.
The bed was half broken. Also, it was freezing in the room. They gave me a heater, and it helped a bit. Of course, I must admit, it was about -30 in the street. Breakfast was not enough, it was too simple and without coffee.
