We look for locations with fresh clean air far away from high buildings and far from our everyday hectic lifestyle..with the Mediterranean vegetitation surrounding this place and the chirping of the crickets on a Summer day - this would definitely build a memorable stay for all the family

This property is amazing! The room was decorated beautifully. It was large and comfy. The furniture is lovely. The family is fantastic. They make you feel at home. My daughter love Zaffy (the dog) and Paulo (the Papa). The food is incredible! I highly recommend!

This property is a bit far out, but it’s worth it!

Staff were friendly and enthusiastic but did not speak English as advertised. The main host was flamboyant and warm with the guests but was noticeably cold and uninterested in us due to the language barrier. Breakfast was excellent any varied each day. Unfortunately the same cannot be said of the evening menu which did not alter over the 3 night stay. Pool area was a bit underloved and there were not enough loungers for the number of guests. Pool was cold and somehow about 4-5 degrees colder than the sea!

Hard beds were a feature of our trip around Sicily but these had so little give that I would have been significantly more comfortable sleeping in the car or on one of the pool loungers. Whilst the accommodation was rustic and felt authentic to that there was little care in the rooms with arrival gifts, the shower screens had both come off their runners and had to be caught as they fell off on the first time of use. Wooden floor boards were sometimes uneven and there were lots and lots of protruding nails! Beautiful location and a sense of a authentic life in the Sicilian hills. Glimpses of great potential but unfulfilled promise.
