The location.

good but the family bungalow was discussing. Lots of dead bugs everywhere. The beds were dirty. Mold on the walls. No hot waster. The bathroom is not private! You get exclusive use but is outside and there is no door to keep anyone away.

The location is just good. The facility offers a fridge and a place to stay in a company at the patio. The staff is friendly and helpful giving some clues where to go for a better service, food and prices in the city. In chats with them they shared the stories of San Blas, including the famous Loca de Muele with some details I didn't know.They provide a truly family atmosphere.

The shower curtain wasn't clean and some things definitely needed to be fixed. Like the curtain holder, noisy ventilator etc. The room in front of reception with two beds has windows looking on a noisy street so for people who like to stay in a quiet place this one is not an option. The price shown in the booking app didn't show the booking fee and iva, so at the end was 50% higher. Not a good sign if you are planning your expenses thoroughly in advance.

Be advised, the Family Bungalow, (and possibly other rooms), is not in the hotel pictured. No charming facade, no attractive courtyard, no balcony or outdoor seating. It is in a nondescript building three blocks away. I felt the pictures were misleading. We were disappointed.

Nothing. The room is nothing like the photo. Do not stay here. Bad bad bad. The place is dirty and the guy who checks you is literally crazy. Worst place i have ever booked. We booked 2 nights after seeing the room we decided only to stay one night. We told the guy will stay just one night as the agreement in booking.com say if we cancel we still need to pay for one night. After we told we want to stay just one one he insisted we pay for 2. When we didn't he kicked us out and it was night and i was charged for 2 nights. Im still dealing with booking.com and im hoping i will get a refund for at least one night. Do not stay here photos are not like the rooms.

Its dirty, old, and has mold. The staff are rude.

Cute place, centralized and close to everything. Nice stay, good for value, quiet , heplful staff

Room door had an issue and was difficult to unlock.
