The location is great. The property is beautiful. Very good aesthetic. Very close to the beach and restaurants.

The room was dusty and not properly cleaned. The sheets and towels were old and looked a bit dirty. The breakfast is average. The hot water needs to be fixed. It doesn’t get that hot.

Beautiful building and rooms. Really clean, lovely lady who came to clean the room each day. Quiet location. Enjoyed our stay.

Little bit off the main road which was good because it was peaceful but didn't feel comfortable walking back late on my own. Some barking dogs. Very minor dislike.

All staff were amazing, very well kept hotel. Felt like home, loved the traditional Goan Portuguese design elements. Being a Goan I loved every bit of those finer details.

Such a beautiful and aesthetic Portuguese style property with spacious rooms and great maintenance. Close to the beach, yet away from the madness. Perfect for family vacation. There is no kitchen, but not bothered as a lot of restaurants and eateries are available within a short walk distance. Value for money - 200%

We liked everything about the stay.. Beautiful and peaceful with a good breakfast. The staff comprising Kamakshi, John were very polite and helpful.

The road towards it was really broken, we managed like pro but it's pretty rough for kids and elderly people.

Very nice and clean place With a very nice decor room very spacious and a proper bed with a proper mattress nice small pool all around the building also with a decent view Staff very gentle and helpful I really recommend this place

You can order a breakfast from a restaurant near by would be nice if it would be included
