Decent place as per value

Rooms are smaller than they seen in photos. Bathroom is not well maintain. Fraudulent calls are received by the name of hotel staff they were demanding money

I never like.

My recent stay here was largely disappointing. Most of the staff were unprofessional, and one particular person at the reception was extremely rude and disrespectful — it really affected my experience and made me feel unwelcome. I honestly hated dealing with him. However, I do want to mention one positive: another staff member at the reception was genuinely kind. He offered to switch my room and even arranged an extra bed (with an additional charge), which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that small act of kindness couldn’t make up for the overall poor experience. The facilities were basic, cleanliness was subpar, and the comfort level was very low. I also felt the room size was too small, and the location wasn’t convenient. Definitely not worth the price I paid. I wouldn’t choose this place again, and I don’t recommend it unless serious improvements are made — especially in how some staff treat guests.
