Budget hotel close to station

When you book the hotel the amount gets locked in your card, which you would think you have actually paid to the hotel. But during checkin the hotel asks to pay the same amount. That's when you realize that the amount paid during booking was just locked by booking.com which gets released after you checkout from the hotel. This should be clearly mentioned. The hotel is just budget with clean rooms but the bathroom is so small you would think it's actually the toilet converted into a bathroom. This is a place you would go to just crash at night. There are no good restaurants to eat nearby so if you're coming via train then eat at the station restaurant which is good.

Room was nice and quiet

Staff did not allow me to leave my luggage at the hotel for only one hour after checkout. I just needed to do something and so had to carry me luggage with me all the way. Not very helpful

Staff are very rude and full payment collected before check in .... Group leader reach late and entire guests are waited lobby bcz of payment. Request to check in and payments on the way with group leader. Within 15 minutes will pay but not ready to help. Atleast they can start check in facility and once the payment will get they can hand over the key... One of our guests room open and given someone to use on temporary basis.
