Páčilo sa mi zariadenie izby a kúpeľňa. Prístup personálu bol osobný v pozitívnom zmysle. S úsmevom a ochotou.

Bílovec je malé mesto a tak aj poskytovanie služieb v dnešnej dobe je náročné . Obdivujem ako to zvládajú.

Fin gammaldags hotel mitt i stan. Snygg rum och bra säng. Fin frukost. Middags och vin urvalen var rikliga.

Ingen hiss, men mycket trappor. Slitet hotel i flera betydelser.

Zelo prostorna soba, udobne postelje, odličen zajtrk. Varovano parkirišče. Zelo prijazno osebje. Četudi smo zaradi gneče na cesti s prihodom zamujali (check-in le do 21h), so nas počakali (cca. 30 minut).

Krásne opravené pokoje, milá paní recepční, dobrá snídaně

Na pokojích mají teď nové zámky a úplně ještě nefungují, takže jsme měli pobyt ozvlastneny... Ale beru to vlastně jako pozitivum, protože to není chyba hotelu a typek to prý v sobotu opraví 🙂

Просторий номер, гарної якості білизна та рушники. В номері був чайник та чай Заселялись о 21 вечора ю, нас дочекались розмістили ще й на барі змогли замовити напої

Сніданок у вихідні починається о 9 що не входило в наші плани і довелось поїхали раніше не поснідавши і без кави.
