Not very clean, sometimes no electricity

It is a reasonably priced hotel in the city. Location is not great but fine. View from the hotel is very good. Staff is very nice and willing to go out of way. No vegetarian seems to be visiting hotel as I did not find anything vegetarian in the menu except rice and French fries! But chef quickly made some vegetarian food for me. Bar was open and beer is cheap. They accept dollar and give good rate.

Overall, hotel is not in good condition. Occupancy seems to be very low and still I was given a room which had no bathroom door (taken out for repair) and no mirror in the bathroom. All except one electric plug points were defective- cheap sockets from China I was told. But the staff brought one extension cord with four sockets so I could use two I needed for my laptop and mobile. Quality of furniture also looked bad. My local contact told me that the hotel was popular in the past but it seems to have lost its glory. I wanted to meet and apprise owner of my concerns but he did not meet despite being in the hotel.
