Nice staff.

First room wasn't made so we had to switch. Second one: a/c that wasn't strong enough to keep us cool at night, had blinds that wouldn't come down so full light in the morning; it was very dirty under the beds (up to 1cm of dirt). Bed were noisy (cheap spring mattresses).

The customer service was excellent. They cleaned the room, change sheets and provide new towels daily. The room has a mini fridge and a basin. The shared bathroom was almost always available to use when we needed. Freshly organised breakfast (eggs, hams, cheese, breads, croissants, fruits, orange Juice and a bottle of water) was beautifully arranged at a table by 8am. They also take an order and served coffee or tea when we sat at the table. The pasta and pizza restaurant on the ground floor (under the hostel rooms) is convenient and economical for dinner.

Erg vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer, goed ontbijt en top verbinding met het centrum van Venetië (ieder kwartier stopt bus 19 voor de deur, die brengt je in 10 minuten naar Venetië). Ruime gratis parkeergelegenheid.

Weinig sfeer in de kamer, maar daar ben je nauwelijks. Voor een bezoek aan Venetië is dit gewoon top.
