Equipe très sympathique mais je n'avais pas réalisé que la douche et les toilettes étaient pour tout l'étage.

Our stay at GreenColors Hotel was wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful and kind throughout our visit. We arrived earlier than the official check-in time, and the Lady kindly allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel so we could explore Venice without carrying them around. We also really appreciated her thoughtfulness during breakfast. As Muslims, we usually have to explain that we do not eat ham and often say we are vegetarian to make it easier, but she understood this without us having to explain. She also took the time to explain the Venice exemption voucher to us, which was very helpful. I would also like to appreciate the girl who was working during the late hours. She was also very helpful too. During our stay, there was a transport strike on May 18th, so we had to leave the hotel earlier than usual. The staff kindly served breakfast earlier than the normal time and informed us about the best time to return, as the buses were only operating during certain hours. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and truly appreciated the kindness, understanding, and support of the staff.

Lors de ma réservation j'avais cru comprendre que nos 2 chambres avaient la salle de bain en commun et non toutes les chambres de l'étage.

This was a great location 13 minutes on bus to venice and 6 minutes from airport, staff were very kind and welcome

Super Lage, wenige Meter entfernt von der Bushaltestelle. Hier fährt unter anderem die Linie 19 regelmäßig in die Stadt. Bis auf kleine Details sehr sauber. Es gab einen Schinken und einen Käse, aber dennoch war das Frühstück mit Orangen, Saft, Kuchen und Kaffe, EI insgesamt sehr reichhaltig.

Es gibt nichts, was uns wirklich nicht gefallen hätte. Es ist sehr einfach, was auch für die Betten gilt - aber: es war auch sehr günstig und doch angenehm sauber! Das Spiegelei sollte besser bei betreten des Raumes zubereitet werden, kalt ist es nicht ganz so schön. Kleinigkeiten!

Tuvimos una estancia estupenda, sobre todo el trato del personal, en especial Nela un amor de persona, nos recibió con mucha profesionalidad y cariño, el desayuno riquísimo, la ubicación perfecta 👌 con el autobús 19 llegas al centro de Venecia en minutos, cenamos en el restaurante y fue la mejor elección.

Ojalá hubiéramos quedado más tiempo para disfrutar de este lugar estupendo 😸
