Krásné velké čisté pokoje .Krásné místo .

Postele nepohodlné, umyvadlo hodně vysoko,pro děti špatné . V neděli se vaří pouze do 14h. Nebylo možné si dát v neděli navečer někde večeři . Snídaně hodně chudé.

Die zentrale Lage am Hauptplatz. Friesach ist ein charmantes und interessantes Städtchen. Das Hotel ist offensichtlich traditionsreich und hätte als charmantes, renoviertes Altstadthotel Potential (das aber leider nicht genutzt ist)

Das Hotel ist teils abgewohnt, für ein 4Sterne-Hotel auch etwas spartanisch. Die Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants sind nicht sehr touristenfreundlich, was übrigens mehr oder weniger auf ganz Friesach zutrifft: Sonntag Nachmittag und abends ist es schwer, etwas zum Essen zu finden.

Idyllic location looking down on a very pretty village square. Large rooms and bathroom with a good shower. Excellent breakfasts and restaurant. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Zimmerboden mit billigem Melanboden ausgelegt. Spaltmaße unglaublich. Teppichboden in den Gängen uralt. Balkone auch in die Jahre gekommen

Stunning location and building, authentic interior, nice restaurant, huge and well equiped apartment.

Breakfast is pretty poor.

Stunning location overlooking the central square of this beautiful town. The room was spacious, with a sunny balcony, and the bed was extremely comfortable, with high quality linen. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

The town was absolutely dead on a Sunday afternoon. The proprietor did not seem to be expecting me and as his English was about the same level as my German I had a few anxious moments. This lack of reception is not good enough for a hotel of this quality/price. The only place open to eat was two or three kilometres away.
