The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It's very noisy. Both from inside the house and from the AC outside. The lighting in the rooms is terrible and also otherwise the rooms are impractical designed. Not sure where 4 people should put they're stuff as we had trouble with 2 people in a 4 people room...

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem super Restaurant.

Sehr schönes und grosszügiges neues Zimmer. Unser Zimmer hatte einen super Balkon, welchen wir aber leider aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht nutzen konnten. Das Hotel ist für Familien sehr zu empfehlen, da es neben dem Hotel viele Einrichtungen hat, welche für Kinder geeignet sind. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Buffetrestaurant, welches ebenfalls empfehlenswert ist.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, and the low-staff / self-service concept works well. I really liked the idea of optional room cleaning, shared spaces, and the overall relaxed setup. For families, the outdoor area is fantastic: a great playground for children, mini golf, and a rope park. The rope park is closed during winter, but it alone is a very good reason to come back in another season. We stayed in the Family Room XL, which was wonderful. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, the beds were very comfortable, and a baby cot was provided free of charge, which we really appreciated.

Unfortunately, the staff was not very friendly, which affected the overall experience. I also did not like the dinner setup. The menu options were very limited (for example, there was no pasta option for adults at all). If you chose the “meat on a stone,” side dishes had to be paid for separately — for example, a vegetable side dish cost an additional CHF 15. The dinner buffet cost CHF 49 per person and felt very similar to a Migros restaurant buffet. It wasn’t bad, but for that price, I expected much more.
