"Very poor experience- do not recommend."

The shower was very good and the bed comfortable. Staff were quite helpful. They accept dogs.

Arrived at 6pm on a Friday. Restaurant was closed (it was in the small print but we missed it) however we were told we could not even get a drink - not even non- alcohol. This is not acceptable in a modern hotel. There was an Esso garage next door so some food and drink could be bought but not ideal. There was a very busy restaurant next door that was open to 2am that we could not get near until about 11pm but to be fair the food was very good. To cap off our unhappy experience we were woken at 6am by someone opening the door to our room! We could not get away fast enough. Will not be returning.
