Hôtel Le Saint Loup

The location is ok. Close to Charleroi Airport and close to main roads. It is even close to two cities bur still in a pleasent country side.

The room is not so confortable, the shower is "orrible" and the staff is not collaborative: doors were closed and they saw me outside waiting without inviting me to go in ... I had to call them on the phone!

the hotel was not ready for our arrival and we had to knock on the window of the bar to get someone to deal with us. the heating was not switched on for us there were no towels and the bed was baddly made, but clean. the lift did not function and the breakfast room was cold. breakfast was OK coffee was good . the resturant attached was very good and we ate well and the staff were very attentive. we understand we were off season but we paid the advertised price and would have liked the details of our stay dealt with better. leaving the site at 8.00 the road was very busy and difficult to get off site.....

Had a lift to reach the bedrooms, good location on a main road, lots of parking. A restaurant on site below the rooms which looked good, but I did not eat there.

The breakfast, 8 euros was very poor, the croissants were old and very dry, no choice of bread just some old rolls, the meat and cheese looked like they were yesterday’s offering. Lack of choice of teas, jams. The yogurt was ok as was the fruit juice. Considering there is a restaurant downstairs I would expect a better standard of food on offer.
