The hotel was very good, in every aspect. We were very happy to put the car on the private parking. On arriving on a Sunday, we were surprised to see a lot of people in the street close to the hotel. We thought there was some festivity going on, but there are crowds in town each sunday, as this is the place of a very well known sanctuary : San Gerardo di Massi.

We like that it is very near the Santuario di San Gerardo Maiella which is our main purpose as a couple. Franco, was very accommodating despite the fact that we don't speak in italian, he got his translator with him to accommodate all our queries and requests, his staff who speaks english is very helpful too on how we can reach the place since we do not have car and we are just tourist. We enjoy the breakfast and even if it is not that high end hotel, it is very neat and comfy, a good place to rest after meditation and reflection in the sanctuary. They got fireplace downstairs too.

The boss is excellent, cos the weather is super cold. He asked whether the room is enough warm. And he arranged the car to pick me up from Benevento station to his hotel. It costs 200 euro for return trip, very considerably. Otherwise, I have no idea how to get to the hotel, cos it’s Saturday, car rental completely is not opening during weekend. So thankful for his help. 🥰
