We did not get any breakfast and were told that they don't have kitchen functional.and staff is not available which was completely unprofessional.

The complete experience was not good at all.

"Very Bad experience! Horrible Staff!"

Standard answer by staff is NO. 2 towels in the room pls, that should be there already and when asked - NO. In a 2 day stay, asked room cleaning once - NO. Bags of trash were lying in the hallway. No help with bags either.
