Fantastyczna lokalizacja w Parku Śląskim. Przesympatyczna obsługa, naprawdę na najwyższym poziomie, zarówno Panie w recepcji, jaki Panie z serwisu sprzątającego, bardzo miłe i pomocne w każdej sytuacji. Idealna, wręcz sterylna, czystość w obiekcie. Smaczne śniadania w przystępnej cenie. Na miejscu restauracja z dobrym jedzeniem, chociaż niektóre z dań wymagają poprawy. Stosunek jakości Hotelu do ceny, bardzo dobry.

Wygłuszenie drzwi do pokoi gdyż wszystko słychać z korytarza. No i te poduszki, małe zbite i niewygodnie się na owych śpi.
