Hotel Villa Undulna - Terme della Versilia

It was perfect! We had an apartment, it was big and clean, with all you could need. Also washing Maschine was there, you have to have your own detergent. We also booked extra a breakfast for 20 Euro p.p. in the hotel. The hotel has a perfect position. You go through the garden, across the street and there is a free beach. We had our stuff, but sun lounges and parasols can be rented in the beach clubs. As it was so close to the hotel, we went with our daughter to swim and build the sand castle in the morning and went back to the pool and shadow bellow the trees in the hotel garden for the noon. There is gelateria just on the corner and a great restaurant Vintage, with great food and cocktails 200m from the hotel. Bikes are also available free from charge even with baby seat.

We have no negative point! We read in some reviews that it is noisy. The airport we did not hear, like 1-2 a day a rescue helicopter went away and came back. Si this did not bother us at all.above our apartment the lady was wearing heels all the time, so this you hear, but I thing that this you would hear in every hotel.

The swimming pool and the garden were very relaxing. The beach was right across the street. The restaurant was very good. The breakfast excellent as well. I was offered nice options for gluten-free food. The staff was very friendly and caring. Bikes available.

Not much going on in the direct neighbourhood in terms of stores, events and restaurants.

The hotel is on a crossroad and in the opposite of a helicopter airport. So it is loud. The bathroom was mouldy and the air condition was very loud.

The staf was like a family to us .. helpful and they suggest to do services for us The place is always clean They care about swimming pool the hair should be covered and the life gard is always in response The food is delicious in the resurant all the time

The bed is not comfortable the towels are clean but they need to be changed

The Hotel is well kept overall, nice garden, nice pool and pool with hydromassage, awesome breakfast, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, room was clean and with a nice balcony, it's very close to the beach and you can use hotel's bicycles to go anywhere.

I didn't like the SPA area and for me the "water experience" was included on the price for the stay, but it wasn't. The SPA area is underground so it's in a dark area downstairs where it can feel a little bit suffocating. It was not clear for me that paying for the stay the "water experience" wasn't included. So if I wanted to do that I had to pay the price with a small discount, but still expensive. That part should be more clear for those staying overnight at the hotel. Also the massage and other things, the overnight guests should have a better price but once again, no one offered that. Plus the SPA area is a little bit outdated.. I would not recommend. So we decided just to enjoy the pools that have thermal water and the hydromassage was great for me. Also it lacked a little bit more interest of the front desk staff to offer us the services that the hotel has. For example, nobody talked about lunch or dinner at the hotel. They have a restaurant there but nobody mentioned or advertised that for us. So we when check the menu by ourselves and found it a bit on the expensive side. Also the air conditioning in the room is so laud. OMG there's no way to lower it, the door/window don't have the screen for the mosquitos so if you turn off AC you can't leave the door open because of mosquitos. Definitely the hotel needs to install the screen in every window.

I had to check out earlier than usual and so I couldn’t use the breakfast service. They have suggested me for a meal box once I will checkout, but at the end they didn’t give anything and I didn’t ask on porpoise

close to the beach and lots of restaurants so it was really what we were looking for and easy parking as well
