"generally is a pleasant stay besides the toilet and the hot water"

the location is near to Hakodate JR and fish market, you can drop your item and continue your plan once shopping done at Hakodate morning fish market

it’s a shared toilet, there is no warm water when you wash your hand or brush your teeth. besides need to increase the cleaning frequency as some user is not so hygienic and have some ‘left over’ at the toilet.

The hotel room is dated. The toilet door is about 300 cm higher than the floor in the room. Also, guests are required to remove their shoes and put on slippers provided by the hotel before they can go up to their room. No free breakfast is provided. Credit card is not accepted for room payment.
