We arrived at the hotel five days after making an advance booking. They told us we had to pay 300 rupees for cleaning because we reached 1 hour early. So, we had to leave. Later, they called us to say the rooms were clean and we could come back. When we returned, the same issue occurred: the owner called us, but the staff had no idea about our booking or the room cleanliness. They wasted our time, and the staff was uneducated. Don’t book this hotel; you’ll face the same problems we did.

Good hotel

The hotel was very close to Golden temple and jallianwalaa bagh. It was in the old city and easily accessible. The staff was courteous, polite and friendly. I found food to be a bit expensive but overall it was a nice experience.
