Very friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel molto bello e curato, personale molto gentile, nonostante la distanza dal centro è facilmente raggiungibile con un autobus diretto. La zona è tranquilla, perfetta per chi come noi viaggia con bambini. Il ristorante annesso è veramente ottimo.

Le camere non possono essere arieggiate aprendo le finestre ma esiste un sistema di areazione interno.

Ideal location for a meeting I had, pub next door was pleasant and served good food.

Receptionist at the hotel must of been having a bad day ! She wasn't helpful at all ! I think she forgot I was the customer who had paid £159 room only !

The location had easy access to edinburgh on the bus. Nice a quiet very comfortable room. The adjoining inn provided excellent food and a lovely place to sit for a drink

Only negative was that the cleaners in the pub missed under the dog unit very dusty but I did point it out to the staff so hopefully sorted

Slechte wifi en alleen toegankelijk als je al je persoonlijke gegevens achterlaat anders kun je niet gebruiken. Ook 4g heel slecht . Personeel was niet behulpzaam op dit punt
