With no prior communication to inquire about an arrival time, or a response to my question about the bed type available, the front desk called me at 19:48, as I was boarding my flight, the evening of my arrival to ask when I would be checking in. I told them 2330, and he informed me that was not possible, and I would have to cancel my reservation. I had to scramble just before my flight took off to cancel this reservation and find a new hotel in the area for the night. When I make a reservation at a place with the word hotel in its name, I assume check-in is available 24 hours, unless told otherwise. Rather unprofessional that the check-in times are restricted, but that was not communicated to me until just a few hours prior to my arrival.

Very friendly welcome from the staff. Room was comfortable and very clean. Location excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Iñaki super amable, muy atento, a parte de recomendarme algunos lugares ademas nos aviso de una feria medieval que habia cerca para poder visitarla.

Lo unico que eche en falta fueron mas enchufes en la habitacion, por lo demas perfecto amplia y comoda.

La señorita de la recepción es un encanto, muy servicial, amable y muy educada. Ella hizo que la estancia fuera perfecta, muy profesional. La habitación estaba muy limpia y era cómoda.

Quizás la ubicación no era la ideal pero para hacer una parada y descansar está muy bien. Algunas humedades en la habitacion
