O hotel é antigo, enorme, dispõe de inúmeras opções de entretenimento, uma piscina maravilhosa, ginásio poliesportivo, campo de futebol, um excelente café da manhã, funcionários gentis! A localização é maravilhosa, fora do Centro, mas perto e de frente pra Layoa!

Apesar do hotel ser enorme, os quartos são pequenos e antiquados, embora confortáveis.

O auditório serviu para o objetivo dos trabalhos. O quarto é simples mas é tudo limpo, boa climatização. A cafeteria da parte de baixo tem boas opções de cafés em cápsulas.

Há frigobar, mas ficam vazios. Não há serviço de quarto nem concierge (mas a recepção é 24h). Não existe acessibilidade - e carregar malas na quantidade de escadas existentes é complicado.

Gostei da localização, local aprazível, tranquilo, ótima piscina e boa área externa. Funcionários muito simpáticos e eficientes. Atenderam a todos os nossos pedidos!

Infelizmente o quarto não tinha vista para a lagoa, ventilador e ar condicionado muito barulhento e o chuveiro com água muito fraca.
