Glenville Forest Resort & Spa

The resort is good, and the best part was the surroundings, birds chirping, garden beautiful and we'll maintained.

There was no receptionist to guide you. In such tourist places, it would be better if there is someone to guide you, book taxi for the tourists, and look after the needs of the people staying there

The restaurant closes at 10 pm. Last order 9.30 pm. Staff response can be better The Manager can be more enthusiastic in his dealing. The pool side tiles need a change,they slip.

I like the ambiance. Property was very well maintained .

On the very first day my room ac was not working . Restaurant ac was also not working on all 3 days . Room service was not up to the mark . I found my room open when I returned in the evening. That was very disappointing. Didn’t get any info regarding live band . So missed that . Nobody bothered to clean the game room . Found it very very dirty on that particular night .

Stay was comfortable. The property is indeed very beautiful. Staff was pleasant.
