El desayuno estaba riquísimo y la cama era muy cómoda. En general la habitación estaba muy bien.

Tardaba en salir el agua caliente de la ducha

Am primit înțelegere și am fost cazați dimineață la ora 10, în condițiile în care venisem după un drum lung de la Nazca și am ajuns la hotel la ora 6. Raportul preț calitate este foarte bun. Poziția hotelului este excepțională, acesta fiind localizat fix lângă Plaza de Armas. Micul dejun nu este continental, tip bufet, dar produsele livrate sunt de calitate.

Conforto e localização. Café da manhã gostoso feito na hora conforme solicitação. Chegamos um pouco antes do horário do check in e nos foi permitido entrar no quarto para descanso. Muito gentil.

El desayuno fue bueno pero lamentablemente pudimos disfrutar 1 de los 4 días que nos quedamos

No recomiendo este hotel las instalaciones muy antiguas el hotel no tiene ascensor, la ventana de la habitación la 205 no tenía seguro (estaba rota) y había mucho ruido, el espacio para tomar el desayuno solo tiene 7 mesas contadas lo cual fue extraño para todo el hotel, también está dejar en claro que hotel no tiene ascensor la caja fuerte no funcionaba, el desayuno es de 7am a 9am lo cual me pareció extraño nos ofrecieron los box lunch ya que teníamos un tour y solo fue 2 botellas de agua dos mixtos sin queso una manzana y una banana super madura lo cual por lo que pagamos todos los servicios no cubrieron expectativas básicas.

The building is lovely and the style of decor etc. also very nice and the balconies with views over the street and plaza. Don't bother with the more expensive room types - they're not as nice; just have extra rooms. Very good breakfast; didn't test the takeaway breakfast, but they were willing to give us boiled eggs to take for the day. Location is perfect, just off the central square and as it's a pedestrianised road, the road noise isn't an issue. Felt like very good value. Liked it so much, we booked to return after our tour.

Slight competency failure - the person on reception at the time of payment the second visit, didn't understand the currency selection but was happy to void the payment and correct it when I pointed it out. Beware. Hot water is available all the time but you need to run it for a long time - old building I guess. Reception is up a flight of stairs so something to be aware of if that's an issue.
