Great staff that went out there way to assist you Very handy the bus transport to the old town

Breakfast was little poor with lack of food according to the guest that were there The pool boy that control the pool area was very rude to my family and to others ( don’t think he wants to be there)

This was my second stay in San Marco and as always it was absolutely lovely, I had early check in with upgraded room for full sea view, extremely welcoming staff, easy free parking, loved upgraded new bathroom, driving to the city was easy as it's main road, definitely will come back to this beautiful hotel. Thank you San Marco for making my stay so comfortable ! Eva Huri

Lo staff non è preparato, non offrono servizio 5 stelle

El personal de 10, muy amables y colaboradores con todo, facilitando siempre su ayuda o lo que se les pedía y con una sonrisa. El transfer muy bien y en 10’ estás en el puerto, lo único que era Luxury fue el transfer que estaba impecable.

PARA NADA ES LUXURY, yo le daría como mucho 3 estrellas… Suelo viejo, baño súper antiguo, el primer día se nos cayó la tapadera de la cisterna que está en la pared para pulsar, salía espuma del sumidero del suelo del baño al ducharse, mamparas enanas que hacen que se moje todo el baño, toallas lavadas millones de veces, deshilachadas y roídas… creo que esto está bastante lejos de un 4-5 Estrellas y mas haciéndose llamar Luxury…

Le restaurant moyen Le mensonge du personnel lors de la réservation du taxi le samedi du départ On nous a annoncé 50€ le vendredi à la réservation et finalement on doit payer 60€ et de plus on était en fait 4 on a payé 2 x 60€ c’est abusé je trouve 10 min de taxi même à Nice ou Paris ça n’existe pas

Very little to like about the place.

Location is terrible. Hotel is old. Should be a 4 star and definitely not 5 stars. Breakfast is simple and could be a lot better.
