Location breakfast fabulous

Didn't get room I booked ..nightmare through booking com .no excuse I laid for big seaview room..they didn't give me had tiny window 3rd floor room rubbish seaview

The staff were very polite and helpful. The bed was really comfy and great facilities.

Car park at rear very busy a limited for spacing. But i will say a member of staff was very kind an managed to park my car for me.

Fantastic location, warm and friendly rooms good size & well appointed. Staff attentive & friendly. Bathroom very modern. Breakfast was superb and beautifully served too.

Shower not very powerful. Door closed at 10:30pm which was a tad early esp given time of year for Xmas celebrations. Also door bell to alert night porter seemed not to be working either so had to phone & was eventually let in. Not the staffs fault, they were extremely friendly.

Hotel and location is amazing

Wasnt not a great end to the evening or good start to the new year .As we had to have a argument with the bar manager as he accused us of not paying for some of are drinks ,also other us a free drink as it was new year and then try to bill us for it .

Location is perfect, right on the Esplanade. Staff were most helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable and well appointed.
