Hotel Hirzer is the best mix of having a traditional feel but with modern facilities. The building has lots of character and you feel very clearly the sense of place. The staff are excellent and friendly, the food is great and the wine recommendations spot on every evening. The spa, pool and wellness facilities are clean and modern and a good place to relax. Both the mountain and the town are easy to reach and there is lots to do if you want to get out and about.

Struttura molto accogliente e curata. Il personale è davvero gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. La camera era luminosa, con bellissime vetrate che rendono l’ambiente molto piacevole. Ottimo anche il format della merenda, un’idea davvero apprezzata dopo una giornata fuori. Molto comodo il servizio transfer per le piste da sci, organizzato in modo efficiente.

Da migliorare: l’acqua della piscina esterna potrebbe essere un po’ più calda e la colazione potrebbe offrire una scelta più ampia di proposte dolci.

Wir trafen auf ein tolles Haus, mit sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal, tolles Essen, traumhafter Außenpool und eine tolle Lage! Nicht alltäglich war auch der kostenfreie Stellplatz in der TG.

The experience was really luxurious

Freundlichkeit der Familie Mair u. des gesamten Teams. Sehr gutes Früstück u. Abendessen mit Auswahlmöglichkeiten beim Menu. Vielfältige Weinkarte. Grosszügige Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage samt Ski u. Bike Raum.

Bei Vollbelegung am Pool fühlt man sich durch die zahlreichen Liegen, Hocker, Stühle etwas eingeengt.
