الاستعلامات الخارجية مشكله عند الدخول بالسيارة كانما دخول مكان عسكري.. تفتيش و k9 فضلا عن تعامل الاستعلامات الخارجية كانما دخول ثكنه عسكريه وليس فندق او ترحيب.. بالمساء يدخلون زوار ومن لديه عرف يزاحم موجودين نزلاء مكان وقوف السياره.. يحتاج البناء ترميم الغرف كونها قديمه خصوصا الارضيه والماء ليس حار وقت الليل والبرد.. يحتاج زياده توفير مستلزمات الاساسيه داخل الغرف والجناح وتطويرها.. يحتاج اضافه تعريف لخدمات الفندق والأوقات كان تكون باركود او من خلال تلفاز.. الأسعار غاليه مقارنه بالنوع والخدمه.. الإفطار جيد نعم يحتاج بعض اللمسات واضافه أصناف اخري يحتاج مرافق ترفيه وخدمه أكثر

Very beautiful views over the river, love it! Location is in the heart of Baghdad! The rooms are spacious with free minibar, and the staff are friendly, welcoming and very very helpful!! Loved my stay there. Thanks again!! El mejor hotel De Baghdad eso es seguro!!

The friendly staff to a good clean room to a safe place to stay and good food.

Lack of good English skills to understand each other but we got by with some hand gestures...lol

Der Chef der Nachtschicht bestand auf sehr unfreundliche Weise, dass ich mein alkoholisches Geschenk abgeben musste. Für den Anspruch eines 5 Stern Hotels eine unmögliche Vorgabe

The staff were very kind. The location is perfect When I asked for any help from the staff, they provided the best help they could. The location is in the heart of Baghdad. So very easy to get around.
