Location

The hotel was outdated, the rooms were not the cleanest, the walls had mold, the noise from the outside was load due to windows not sealed properly... and many other issues

The hotel is classified as five stars, but in reality, it barely qualifies as 3-4 stars at most. The location of the hotel is unsuitable, and the five-star hotel services are lacking. For example, the iron in the room is not available like in other hotels; instead, you have to pay for the service. The breakfast options are not varied for a five-star hotel level. The stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing.
