Sari, Noura, and Shamma were incredibly helpful and the General Manager interacted with us personally and ensured everything was taken care of. By far the best hospitality we have received in Baghdad after many stays in other hotels.

Clean and spacious room

The hotel's location is great. Close to many shops, cafes, and many restaurants. The Service level is moderate to high, with very friendly staff, especially at the front desk, where the gentlemen, Alaa, Ali, and Mohsen, are particularly welcoming. The room's furniture is a little bit old and needs more attention, such as the old towels, carpet, and pillow covers. Lapizza Restaurant's food level is less than expected from a hotel that is considered 5 5-star hotel.

Towels were not clean, old, and torn. Pillow and mattress covers are very old and need to be replaced. Lapzza restaurant level does reach the level of 5-star as the hotel supposedly is.
