Checkin was super easy and staff were kind and helpful. Shared bathrooms were kept incredibly clean and there was never a wait to use them.

I stayed in a light and spacious queen room and the bed was so comfortable that I enjoyed a good sleep. It was peaceful at night time even though it's close to the train station. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town yet within easy walking distance to shops and cafes. All the staff were helpful - especially lovely Sarah who is the receptionist. The train journey was idyllic featuring beautiful scenes of hills and valleys; rock formations and contented cows; so very relaxing. I would definitely recommend the Victoria and the train journey.

Good location and restaurant bar downstairs was great.

No hot water in morning for shower. The sound travelled from other patrons opening and closing doors throughout the night which disturbed our party of guests a few times.

Exactly what we need. Convenient location, right next to Bathurst station, about 5-10' walk to most restaurants and stores. You might wanna check out the pies down the street. The room was actually spacious and comfy. The shared toilets are very clean and worked as expected. Having a bar and restaurant downstairs is also convenient.
